Work can be stored in a number of ways: We recommend that you DO NOT store documents/files on MTU computers locally.
Students can store work on Google Drive via their mycit.ie email apps.
Storing files using your myCIT Google Drive
The myCIT Google Drive provides you with 1TB of data storage. MTU Students can use their myCIT Google Drive account to store data.
Access myCIT Google Drive
Once you are signed into your myCIT email, complete the following to access Google Drive storage.
On the right hand-side of the screen select the apps menu.
From the drop down menu below select Drive.
It is recommended that all staff and students save copies of important files on a number of devices and in more than one place.
We highly recommend emailing yourself the most important documents or files as this will be the best backup option.
