Note: You must be logged into an MTU device with your studentnumber@mymtu.ie credentials to be able to print.

Printing on an MTU Window Device
- PrintBW is for Black and White
- PrintColour is for colour
2. A pop-up screen will appear, and you need to enter your username which is your student number, for example R0001234 (you do not need to put in mymtu.ie) and then select print. You now can pick up your print job at the printer by tapping your student card on the printer.
Printing from an MTU Apple Device
1. Select File and Print on your device to print a document and the printer options will appear.
2. A pop-up screen will appear, and you need to enter your username which is your student number, for example R0001234 (you do not need to put in mymtu.ie) and then select print.
3. Another pop-up screen will appear confirming that the print job has been submitted and is ready for collection from the printer. You can pick up your print job at the printer by tapping your student card at the printer.
How do collect my print job from the Xerox Printer?
Once your document/job has been sent to the printer, do the following to retrieve it:
1 - Scan your student card on the device. (This is located on the top left of the device, next to the USB slot)
2 - You will see a message on the screen with your current balance, along with a list of your jobs/documents:
3 - From here, tap the document(s) you want to print and then press 'Print', or select 'Print All' to print all the files currently in your queue
4 - Once finished, to log out tap your username on the top left corner and choose to log out

How much does it cost to Print?
Prices for printing are as follows:
A4 Black & White - 0.07c per page
A4 Colour - 0.14c per page
A3 Black & White - 0.14c per page
A3 Colour - 0.28c per page
