Depending on the file size of the document or image, it may take several
minutes to appear at the print station. Please wait a few minutes and
try again. We also recommend that you ensure you are correctly logged
into the computer as yourself, and not another user. If you sent the
document to the printer using another user's account, it will not be
associated with your account and therefore will not show up when you
swipe your card. If, after trying these tips, your document is still not
showing up at the printer, please contact the Service Desk in the IT
Building.
