IT Services Maintenance Window (Friday January 17th 9.00am – 5pm)

 

Colleagues,

 

The scheduled Maintenance window, will begin tomorrow Friday 17th January at 9am for essential maintenance and upgrade of the college’s phone system.

It is expected that there will be some downtime but all efforts are being made to minimise disruption throughout this period.

Impact

All CIT campus locations

 

The phone system server will be rebooted a couple of times during lunchtime 1pm – 2pm

 

Reception phones will be affected during this time.

 

Phones will reboot during lunchtime when the server is rebooted. Phones should work normally outside of these times but we cannot guarantee that there will not be minor delays or slight downtime during this essential maintenance window.

 

 

 

Non-Impact

All other systems such as email, internet, access to H drives etc will be unaffected.

 

Further Information:

 

All efforts are being made to have the majority of systems online during this time.

 

The maintenance window will remain open 5pm but the work should be completed before that.
