Wednesday April 1st (09:00 – 13:00) - Potential loss of connection at sporadic stages throughout update process but no major downtime expected

 

Student Domain Controllers

Wednesday April 1st (14:00 – 17:30) – Completed in a staged process therefore no major downtime expected as there are a number of student domain controllers available.

 

Staff Domain Controllers

Thursday April 2nd (09:00 – 13:00) - Completed in a staged process therefore no major downtime expected as there are a number of student domain controllers available.

 

Staff Email – Exchange Servers

Thursday April 2nd (14:00 – 17:30) – Potential loss of connection at sporadic stage throughout update process but no major downtime expected due to having more than one mail server. No access to email Archive files and expected temporary loss of connection during reboot - but no major downtime expected.

 

ADFS/ DirSync Server

Thursday April 2nd (14:00 – 17:30) – No authentication to CIT 365 environment during main server reboots - but no major outages expected.
