Cannot log into my email

Depending on how you access your email, there may be a number of issues why you are not getting into your email.  


1. Outlook Web App - OWA- webmail.cit.ie - If your password has expired this can be reset or unlocked via https://password.cit.ie/ as Outlook Web App uses your CIT Single Sign-On (SSO) username and password.



2. Outlook - Check internet connection, check settings associated with your outlook account within the mail section in your control Panel.

3. Mobile devices - If you are experiencing issues with email syncing on your device, firstly check the settings making sure current password is active within Settings. If this is all correct please check your internet 3g/4g connection making sure that this is active.
